Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Luxury Wine Ambassador to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional wine expertise, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. This includes:

  • Pampering our guests with personalized wine recommendations, fostering meaningful relationships and understanding their preferences.
  • Continuously improving the quality of our wine service, staying ahead of industry trends, and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Assisting the Head Sommelier in achieving department targets, maintaining high standards, and driving business growth.

In addition to your wine expertise, you will also:

  • Conduct regular inventory checks, collaborating with the Assistant Head Sommelier to maintain optimal par stocks.
  • Analyze and control the quality of wines offered, ensuring our cellar is always well-stocked and up-to-date.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions about wine origins, vintages, and styles.
