Family Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced and dedicated team of early years and family educators as a Flexible Family Support Assistant.
As a key member of our team, you will work across Lincolnshire children's centres and local communities, delivering high-quality family sessions and supporting child development, early learning, and positive health outcomes.
Key responsibilities include supporting project staff in planning and delivery, providing accurate records, and maintaining equipment and resources.
We require a candidate with a strong commitment to continuing professional development, experience working with vulnerable families, effective communication skills, and knowledge of early years services.
A comprehensive induction and training support package will be provided, along with regular access to learning and development opportunities and a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum (pro-rata).
