Job Overview

This exciting opportunity as an Early Years Educator will see you working with children and families in Stamford, Market Deeping, and Bourne. You will be responsible for delivering educational sessions that promote child development, early learning, and positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver educational sessions for young children and their families
  • Work with other professionals to provide seamless support to families
  • Support parents/carers to access their child's HCP mandated checks
  • Monitor and track progress of vulnerable children
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A fixed-term position until 31 March 2026, with a possible 2-year extension

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Early Years Care and Education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in delivering educational sessions for young children and their families
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Safeguarding procedures
