About the Role:

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our Fostering North Team. The successful candidate will work closely with Foster Carers, assessing, supporting and supervising them in accordance with the fostering National Minimum Standards 2011.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and complete assessments for the Fostering Panel.
  2. Support, supervise and develop carers post-approval in accordance with the Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards 2011.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Previous Social Work experience, and an induction and training will be provided. We will consider applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers.
