Job Title: Sustainability and Regulatory Advisor

In this role, you will support the Global Health & Safety Strategy and collaborate with FM teams to deliver on targets, action plans, and training that complies with local regulations. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks including DSE assessments, document management, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustain a document management system for tracking compliance documents and reporting mechanism.
  • Support the development and implementation of global HSMS framework that aligns with local regulations and ISO 45001.
  • Manage DSE assessments and provide recommendations to users requiring equipment.
  • Coordinate audits for ISO 14001.

Requirements:

  • Experience in environmental compliance and health, safety management within a professional services company.
  • Previous process and policy management experience.
  • Document management skills with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Statutory and regulatory knowledge in FM, H&S, and Environmental.
  • IOSH trained and DSE Assessor trained.
  • Internal auditor experience.
  • Team player with willingness to travel.
