HR Manager

You'll be paid a salary of up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You'll also receive 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) and the option to buy additional days for a better work-life balance. What You'll Do:- Ensure the site HR team provides a consultancy and advisory service to managers on matters of discipline, grievance, and performance improvement, while embedding the GXO values and commitments.
- Support the creation and delivery of the people plan, with a focus on colleague engagement.
- Develop line management capability through formal training, coaching, and guidance on all HR-related activities.
- Encourage and recommend site communication and engagement strategies.
- Facilitate harmonious employee relations with the site teams to ensure optimal working efficiency within the operation.
- Proven experience in a similar HR management role, within a fast-paced and dynamic blue-collar environment.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Be an effective influencer and communicator, able to positively engage and empower others.
- Be adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards would be beneficial.
