Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of the store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a team of dedicated colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Leading and motivating a team of colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels, ordering supplies as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [1-2 years] experience in a retail management position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
