Job Description:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Pets at Home, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, maximising sales performance, and maintaining high standards across the store.
Key Skills:
- At least 6 months of hands-on supervisory/management experience in a retail environment
- Possess a track record of delivering great results and high standards
- Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to engage and motivate your team
