About the Job

We are seeking a talented Store Leader to join our team in a challenging and fast-paced environment. As Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving business success by leading and developing a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and meeting sales targets.
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and improving overall store performance.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including stock levels, till management, and employee productivity.
  • Diligently check and work deliveries, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and health and safety practices.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 10% London Allowance.

Location

This role is based in the South London area, with a range of stores located in SW16, SW17, SE19, and surrounding postcodes.
