About the Role
- As a Pharmacist Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store while keeping our customers at the forefront.
- You will deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
- Accountability for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy is essential, and you will be responsible for building the capability of store teams.
- You will conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services is a key aspect of this role, and you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of care.
