Job Title: Service Desk Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Lead to join our team at Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our service desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service desk team in providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Monitor and analyze service desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
