The Role:

As a Digital Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising sales across all digital platforms, defining and executing a winning digital trading strategy that drives revenue, and taking ownership of digital sales performance.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial targets are met and surpassed, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a fascia digital trading calendar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing a winning digital trading strategy that drives revenue
  • Taking ownership of digital sales performance and working across teams to ensure commercial targets are met and surpassed
  • Managing the end-to-end trading process, from daily operations to strategic campaign execution and brand promotion
  • Driving on-site performance by improving conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site KPIs
  • Analysing key business drivers and providing in-depth insights on trade performance, creating action plans that ensure continued growth
