As a key member of our digital trading team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a winning digital trading strategy that maximises sales across our digital platforms. With a strong background in digital trading and e-commerce, you'll have a proven track record of driving commercial success in the retail or consumer brand sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, own, and execute a winning digital trading strategy that drives revenue, utilising your expertise in digital planning and analytics.
  • Take full ownership of digital sales performance, working across teams to ensure commercial targets are met and surpassed.
  • Manage the end-to-end trading process, from daily operations to strategic campaign execution and brand promotion, in collaboration with the digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  • Drive on-site performance by improving conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site KPIs.
  • Analyse key business drivers and provide in-depth insights on trade performance, creating action plans that ensure continued growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a fascia digital trading calendar, delivering timely, relevant promotions and content.
  • Utilise data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI, Excel) to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the UX and optimisation teams to enhance the customer journey, and ensure that all campaigns and promotions align with business objectives.
  • Ensure that our SEO strategies are supported by evergreen and seasonal content, helping drive customer engagement and increase conversion.
