Job Description

This is a senior role in the theatre industry that requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of performances and events at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Salary Details

The salary for this position ranges from £41,254 to £48,418 per annum, which includes the Living Wage Allowance. The exact salary will depend on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Production to provide technical resources and support for performances and events. You will be responsible for scheduling production processes, providing technical support, and implementing health and safety policies. Additionally, you will oversee routine maintenance and record-keeping of technical equipment and theatre installations.

You will lead a team of technical staff and work collaboratively with multiple teams to support artistic, academic, and venue hire activities. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Several years' experience in a senior practical and administrative role in a working theatre.
