The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as being self-motivated and confident to lead/support the theatre team. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 dependent upon experience plus allowances and a Golden Hello will be offered, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday per year and private healthcare insurance.
