Therapeutic Cell Management Specialist

Park Street People is seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Cell Management Specialist for a 12-month temporary full-time position. As part of a global pharmaceutical company, you will oversee the launch and delivery of cell therapies for hematologic oncology across the country.

Responsibilities:
  1. CAR T Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for CAR T therapies, ensuring seamless national delivery.
  2. Site Capacity Management: Manage site capacity and slot allocation to meet operational demands, leveraging technical expertise to optimise site capabilities.
  3. Incident Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor and resolve incidents affecting cell therapy delivery, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree-educated professionals with experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices are preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to navigate digital platforms are necessary.
