Job Title: New Business Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors such as property management, financial sector, commercial real estate, healthcare, education, construction, and hospitality.
  • Promote and sell Quidvis' full suite of services, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections, Fire Strategy Plans, and Legionella Support, to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including building owners, facilities managers, compliance officers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate the value of our services in ensuring fire safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals in line with company objectives.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and trends, and share insights with the team to enhance our service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Quidvis' services and build new business relationships.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to explain technical services in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably within fire safety, compliance, risk management, or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations, fire door compliance, and legionella control is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
