Job Title: Specialist Diabetes Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team in London. As a Specialist Diabetes Dietitian, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions
  • Formulating and implementing care plans
  • Providing treatment as necessary
  • Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards
  • Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian
  • Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours and Contract Duration:
