Assistant Front Desk Manager Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out.

You will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests, overseeing the entire Front Office operation, and evaluating levels of guest satisfaction. This includes maximising room occupancy at best rates, using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and maintaining good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector. You will also possess a high level of IT proficiency, commercial awareness, and excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including smart uniform provided, free and healthy meals when on duty, and personal development programmes designed to support you at every step of your career.
