Job Description - Front Office Operations Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated individual to serve as our Assistant Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business success and delivering exceptional Guest experiences.

This exciting opportunity requires a results-driven leader with a passion for Front Office operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the Front Office Manager in leading the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve Guest satisfaction levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other hotel departments.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
