About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Services Director to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical services strategies and policies.
  • Manage and develop a team of clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners, regulators, and other healthcare providers.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of clinical services.
  • Ensure that clinical services are delivered in a safe and effective manner, with a focus on quality and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience of managing clinical services in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current issues in healthcare, including legislation, regulations, and standards.
