About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as Clinical Director, Small Animal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing.

You will be passionate about delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues, and will be responsible for line management of our veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Share responsibility for the overall leadership of the practice
  2. Drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing
  3. Line management of our veterinary team
  4. Clinical work, including surgery, consultations, and in-patient care

About Us

Oakhill Veterinary Centre is an independent primary care practice in Lancashire, with 3 sites. We are proud of our close-knit, supportive team, many of whom have 20 years of service. We are a 16 Veterinary Surgeon team with several certificate holders and further vets also working towards certificates including surgery.
