Veterinary Surgeon Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as Clinical Director, responsible for the overall leadership of our practice and driving forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing.
As Clinical Director, you will be passionate about delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues, and will be responsible for line management of our veterinary team. Clinically, you will enjoy a mix of surgery, consultations, and in-patient care time with the opportunity for case continuity while building rapport with our clients.
We are keen to support a culture of growth and excellence, especially if you are working towards or currently hold a certificate relevant to small animal primary care practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team and drive forward clinical services
- Develop and implement strategies for commercial performance and team development
- Ensure the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues
