Job Title: Head of Clinical Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our clinical services team. As Head of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience of managing teams and budgets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical services team to deliver high-quality care to service users
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Promote a culture of quality and safety within the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and commissioners
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet the requirements of CQC/CI Registered Manager status
  • Experience of working in a healthcare organization, with a strong background in clinical leadership
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
