Strategic Growth Manager

Our insurance risk solutions help drive better data-driven decisions across the insurance policy lifecycle while reducing risk.
As part of our Insurance vertical, this position will develop and execute market strategy growth, driving new opportunities for LNRS UK.
This role sits within the LNRS Strategy team and will be pivotal in accelerating our growth into new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining new markets LNRS UK could enter, leading detailed analysis on market trends and competition, and outlining the overall market opportunity strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Developing business cases for new market entry
- Conducting customer research and opportunity sizing
- Leading new market entry plans, including possible partnerships and acquisitions
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance experience (Life, Health, Reinsurance)
- Expertise in market analysis, strategy, and go-to-market plans
- Strong understanding of the market, able to articulate market problems and translate into recommendations
- Commercial awareness with experience supporting the business to achieve good outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
