National Business Development Lead

Heat Recruitment is seeking a driven and ambitious National Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional results in B2B service-based solution selling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the facilities management industry, with the ability to absorb technical information and ask relevant questions. They will be responsible for selling maintenance-based services associated with Fire health and safety and compliance to key decision-makers such as estates managers, FM managers, and directors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to work independently, and a passion for driving business growth.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a car package and an uncapped OTE that can see you earn way more than just the base package. With real autonomy and flexibility, this field-based role is perfect for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level.
