About the Role: As a Home Delivery Driver at Sainsbury's, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our customers' shopping, while providing a brilliant service that exceeds their expectations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Delivering shopping to customers on time and in great condition


  • Providing a friendly and professional service to customers


  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues promptly


  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment


  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction




Requirements: You will need to be fully licensed to drive and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points. You will also need to be comfortable with lifting and moving online containers of up to 15kg.
