We are seeking a skilled Housing Allocations Administrator to support our Allocation & Mobility Team in their mission to efficiently allocate housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Allocation & Mobility Officers with administrative tasks related to housing stock allocation
  • Conduct assessments of downsizing housing applications and ensure accurate filing of supporting documents
  • Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage files
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, stakeholders, and colleagues through the team inbox and telephone
  • Collaborate with external contractors as required
  • Assist in monitoring void properties within the team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a housing or similar setting
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and databases
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
