Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional homecare services to our clients.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' care needs to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and updates to guarantee clients' safety and well-being.
  • Ensure seamless coverage of client visits and provide on-call support in case of emergencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Care Coordinators to recruit, allocate, and manage Care & Support Workers.
  • Identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover absences and allocate alternative workers when needed.
  • Deliver comprehensive inductions and in-field training to new Care & Support Workers.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and respond to Individual Review Forms in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (preferred)
  • Reside within a reasonable distance of our operational area
