Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their MASH Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work full-time in Wandsworth, contributing to the team's efforts in providing high-quality social care services.
The salary for this role is up to £53,336 per annum.
- Utilize expertise to identify and analyze strengths, needs, and harm in children, considering past history and current events.
- Make informed decisions, applying national and local legislation and thresholds consistently.
- Record actions and decisions clearly, prioritizing child-focused approaches.
- Collaborate with parents, partner agencies, and internal teams to gather information, assess needs, and develop appropriate plans.
- Provide guidance and support to the children's workforce on threshold decisions, serving as a recognized expert in the specialist social care field.
- Facilitate group supervision within MASH and case supervision as needed.
- Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and appropriateness of social care provided by the team, adhering to legislative requirements, practice standards, policies, and performance targets.
- Offer high-quality reflective professional supervision to support partners in safety planning for children at risk but below the threshold for social work intervention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information systems and case records, promoting good practice and focusing on positive outcomes for children and families.
- Bring experience in working with adults in a social care context and knowledge of adult health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
