FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR - DOMICILIARY CARE

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator AND a Field Care Supervisor to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality care service in the Wandsworth/Putney area who provide dementia care, companionship, EOL care, 24/7 emergency care, domestic/personal care and live in care.

The Role:

* Work closely with the Registered Manager and other senior care staff to coordinate the development of the service

* Rota Management and helping with recruitment and retention of staff

* Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients

* Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team

* Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees

* Scheduling in the trainings for the support and care staff

* Helping the recruitment team with new starters

* The care co role is more offce based and managing the rotas, the care supervisor role is more out in the field managing the care team

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have:

* Care experience or experience in a similar fast paced role, with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service

* Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations

* Ability to multi task in a busy , ever changing environment

* Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite as well as a recognised rota management system

* Excellent attention to detail

The Package:

* Very competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 yearly
