Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance on family safeguarding matters, working closely with children, families, and professionals.
  • Coordinate and manage the team around the child, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all aspects of family safeguarding are effectively managed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using the Council electronic case recording/reporting tool.
  • Participate in professional supervision and annual appraisals, taking personal responsibility for the quality of practice.

Requirements:

  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Relevant Social Work experience.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
