Child and Family Services Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Services Manager to work full-time in Wandsworth. The estimated annual salary for this position is up to £52,582.
Key Requirements:- To undertake social work tasks with children in need and their families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and review, ensuring effective safeguarding practices are in place.
- To establish strong working relationships with allied health and social care practitioners, promoting collaboration and multi-disciplinary approaches.
- To maintain accurate child records using the Council’s electronic case recording tool, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
For this role, we require:
- A Social Work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
- Experience managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
- Knowledge of children’s health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
