Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Team Lead to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Wandsworth. This is a full-time position that requires collaboration with colleagues, partner agencies, and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and court-directed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teams, partner agencies, and external agencies to maintain and review foster carer approvals, ensuring they remain fit to foster and approval terms are relevant.
  • Monitor safer care practices and address safeguarding concerns with foster carers, colleagues, social workers, and partner agencies.
  • Co-coordinate the team around the child for APIR and safeguarding.
  • Establish collaborative working with allied health and social care practitioners.
  • Participate positively in professional supervision and appraisal reviews.
  • Achieve practice standards, meet performance targets, and provide practice teaching as required.

Requirements:

  • A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum
