Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

TRC Yorkshire is seeking a skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Wandsworth. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients to identify their care requirements.
  • Carry out risk assessments and update them as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Ensure all client visits are covered by allocating suitable Care & Support Workers.
  • Be on-call in case of emergency to provide support and guidance to Care & Support Workers.
  • Liaise closely with Care Coordinators to manage the recruitment, allocation, and training of Care & Support Workers.
  • Identify and address any additional training needs of Care & Support Workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct client reviews and respond to Individual Review Forms completed by Care & Support Workers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-call shifts
