Main Responsibilities- Support the PCN Clinical Director and Business Transformation Lead to ensure the smooth running of the PCN.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within the PCN, member practices, and externally.
- Develop robust operational plans to implement directives agreed by the PCN Board.
- Coordinate the delivery of enhanced services and other services on behalf of the Network, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress of projects.
- Document, manage, and develop PCN processes as they evolve.
- Assist in the resolution of any complaints, resolving informal complaints locally and assisting in the investigation of and response to formal complaints as required.
- Implement and communicate changes appropriately across the PCN.
- Develop and maintain all PCN databases, keeping detailed records and producing reports.
- Participate and contribute to PCN meetings internally and externally.
- Ability to work at operational level.
- Ability to work flexibly and in a changing environment.

- Knowledge of and understanding of Primary Care Networks.
- Experience in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data.
- Substantial experience using IT systems and management information.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to group planning.
- Experience communicating and connecting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable effective time management skills and working to deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly across organisational boundaries whilst maintaining operational effectiveness.
- Understanding of the importance of asset-based and neighbourhood approaches.
- Experience of working in primary care.
- Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures.
- Experience and working knowledge of all relevant legislative responsibilities relating to GDPR, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and CQC.
- Knowledge and understanding of SystmOne and other commonly used general practice software.
