HR & Payroll Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven HR experience
- Based at head office for 2 days a week and across other sites (North West based) for the rest of the week
- Employee inductions, appraisals, sickness, disciplinaries and recruitment
- Liaising with external HR consultants who support with return to work and exit interviews etc.
- Arranging the delivery of training with providers
- Updating the systems where appropriate
- Payroll cover when required
- Reviewing and maintaining employee records accurately
- Oversee the HR function
- Overseeing payroll across 2 systems and around 150 employees
- Stakeholder management across the business
- Supporting on areas such as recruitment, disciplinaries, performance management, capability issues etc.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
