About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in our retirement developments.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks, among other tasks. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a love of people. You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Your administrative skills will be essential in supporting the organisation of events and the effective administration of the site.

Previous experience in similar roles, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be advantageous. You will be a team player, committed to providing a first-class customer service experience.
