About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor with Dee Set, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving great results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store visual merchandising, including cosmetics, clip strips, and gift cards
  • Build and replenish display units to meet sales and customer needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the store team
