Clinical Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our Domestic Cleaning team at One Retail. As a Domestic Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces to the highest standards.
- Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, and public areas, ensuring a spotless environment for everyone.
- Maintaining high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Using equipment in accordance with the role, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, able to work under pressure, and is a team player. If you have a willingness to learn and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
- Passionate about patient care and able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
- Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
- Confident working in a hospital environment, aware of the potential need to interact with patients who may be unwell or distressed.
