As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

A competitive salary of £55,000 is on offer, negotiable depending on experience, along with up to 10% company bonus, annual leave, company pension, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and planning and controlling activities to support key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a customer-led ethos in the Supply Chain teams, ensuring all individuals understand their role in delivering excellent service.
  • Ensure customer complaints are effectively investigated and resolved, with corrective actions implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Establish a model to balance local manufacture, third-party manufacture, raw material vendors, and finished goods suppliers to meet customer demand cost-effectively.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate goods-in and inventory controls to meet business needs.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse operations, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, operating system utilization, FIFO, pick face utilization, and quarantine procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, minimizing the risk of accident or injury.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Skills: Adept in Excel, people management, significant experience in supply planning, managing external supply base and procurement teams, budget achievement, financial management, senior leadership level experience, negotiation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
