Contract Administrator

At Arcus Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful performance of accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience within Customer Services, excellent communication skills, and a flair for great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by receiving and responding to enquiries and new job emails from existing customers.
- Accurately record job requirements and priority on in-house software and client portals.
- Take ownership of customer queries to offer first contact resolution where possible.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to obtain relevant job updates and ETA's.
- Work closely with Management to achieve both client and business objectives.
