We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support the Finance Manager in our Cirencester office. This is a permanent opportunity to join a leading business in their sector, offering a stable work environment with career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer contracts and installation invoices
  • Handle daily small works invoicing and credit notes
  • Raise purchase invoices for suppliers and process staff expenses
  • Manage customer and supplier payments and credit control

In this role, you will be working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the finance department. To succeed, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as previous experience in a finance-related role.

About the Role:
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Up to £30,000 depending on experience
