Financial Manager

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking an experienced Finance & Office Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (25 hours a week).
This role will see the successful candidate play a vital part in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with an experienced and friendly board of directors.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing monthly payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Preparing and managing budgets and management accounts
- Completing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for a variety of general administrative tasks, including:
- Ensuring personnel files are up-to-date and accurate
- Managing insurance and office leases
- Providing administrative support to the board of directors as required
The ideal candidate will be a strong all-round accounting technician with experience of general office management, qualified or part-qualified AAT and previous experience with Sage 50 and payroll.
