Dementia Care Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Activity Organiser to join our team in Pitlochry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering community activities that promote social connections, relationships, and community engagement for individuals living with dementia and their carers/families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate community activities that cater to diverse needs and interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, carers, and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualification in a field related to dementia care or social work.
- Proven experience working with people with dementia and their carers/families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
