Job Description

This role involves supporting our Contracts team in a variety of administrative tasks, including tender responses, supplier liaison, and document upload. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in contract management and work closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Tender Responses: Assist with responding to tender enquiries and preparing tender documents.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers for project pricing and samples, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Document Upload: Upload technical submittals and confirm colour choices with clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administration Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excel Skills: Good Excel skills and time management are essential for this role.
  • Systems Experience: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems is required.
  • Communication and Team Player Skills: Good communication and team player skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Driving License: A driving license is required due to unreliable public transport links.
