  • Communicating and influencing business culture; managing relationships with EDF's directors, executive function, and senior leadership team.
  • Responsibility for managing the corporate governance team (sat within EDF's legal function), including budget responsibility.
  • Providing expert guidance and training to internal stakeholders on governance matters.
  • Regularly reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a lead governance role, ideally within infrastructure, investment services, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, trade, or private banking.
  • Certified International Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional preferred.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including UKBA and FCPA.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive and board level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join EDF?

At EDF, you'll be part of a visionary project with the power to transform the energy industry. We offer a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to our success and sustainability goals.

You'll work with a passionate team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of governance and ethics.
