Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate compliance arrangements as the Head of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. This senior role demands a visionary leader with exceptional ethical judgment who can inspire, develop, and implement a holistic corporate compliance framework in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a best-in-class compliance program that aligns with EDF's vision and values.
  • Develop and maintain adequate compliance policies, procedures, and arrangements to ensure EDF's compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
  • Communicate and influence business culture, manage relationships with senior leadership, and provide expert guidance and training to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Manage the corporate compliance team, including budget responsibility, and regularly report to the Audit and Risk Committee.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a lead compliance role, ideally within infrastructure, investment services, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, trade, or private banking.
  • Certified International Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional preferred.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including UKBA and FCPA.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive and board level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and excellent analytical skills.
