We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our Southern Region team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving performance and excellence for our customers, working to service level standards.

You will manage the region's commercial performance, regularly reviewing P&L and reporting success to Board level. Your vision and direction will inspire your team to deliver excellence in a customer-centric environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating a clear vision and direction for the region
  • Managing the region's commercial performance and reporting to Board level
  • Leading and motivating a team of circa 100 employees and sub-contractors
  • Developing long-term strategic relationships with clients
  • Providing regular strategic and operational updates to the Board

About You

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations with a proven track record in managing large programs of work in a Social Housing environment. You will have a strong vision for delivering excellence and driving profit growth.

You will need to hold a Full UK driving licence and be subject to a DBS check.
