Job Overview

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Network Development Lead to join their team in London. This role requires the right candidate to have experience in real estate residential, private sale, PRS, affordable housing, or student accommodation.

  • Identifying land opportunities through local planning applications and emerging planning policies
  • Conducting planning appraisals and advising on achieving planning permission
  • Negotiating S106 process including appraisal viability for planning
  • Appointing, managing, and organizing consultants for planning applications and design information

The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills and a willingness to network and develop contacts in the industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate commercial property developments from conception to completion
  2. Liaise with public sector departments, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project delivery
  3. Monitor performance of external consultants and manage costs against budget
  4. Promote sites to local planning authorities and provide expert knowledge on government legislation and planning policies
Requirements

The successful candidate will need a design or planning qualification, experience in achieving planning on projects, and a strong knowledge of the RIBA design process.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
